Welcome to Contact Us at Classroom Games.

How to reach us

The simplest way to contact Classroom Games is by email. Send questions, suggestions, and reports to contact@classroomgames.org. We review messages about the website, game behavior, classroom-use ideas, privacy, accessibility, and content accuracy.

We do not currently provide a public telephone support line or a live-chat help desk. Sending an email does not guarantee an immediate response; response times can vary depending on the issue and the volume of messages.

Help us understand your request

Clear reports help us investigate efficiently. Please include the page address, the activity you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. For a technical issue, tell us the browser and device type if you know them.

A screenshot can help explain a layout issue, but please remove names, student information, email addresses, and any private information before sending one. Never email student passwords, confidential school records, or information about a child’s health or disability.

Topics we can help with

  • Game ideas and improvements: suggest a classroom activity, clearer instructions, additional settings, or a new accessibility option. Start with the Games directory to avoid duplicates.
  • Technical issues: tell us which button, screen, or browser is affected. Our FAQ offers common troubleshooting tips.
  • Accuracy or editorial concerns: identify the exact statement or answer you believe is wrong. Read our Fact-Checking Policy and Corrections Policy.
  • Accessibility barriers: share the page, task, browser, and assistive technology involved, without sending sensitive personal information. See Accessibility.
  • Privacy and children’s data: direct a privacy concern or parent request to the same email. Read Privacy Policy and Children’s Privacy.
  • Copyright: send notices about materials you believe infringe copyright using the guidance on our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

For teachers and schools

Educators are welcome to share examples of how a game fits a lesson. Please focus on the learning activity and its format rather than identifying children. We cannot provide individualized teaching, special education, legal, or child-safety advice through our general contact email.

For lesson-planning inspiration, read Teacher Resources. If your school requires a formal vendor privacy agreement or a verified list of subprocessors, contact us before directing students to enter personal information.

Privacy when emailing us

Email includes details such as your email address, message text, and any attachments you choose to send. We use correspondence to review and respond to your inquiry, handle requests, and investigate website problems. Email providers and hosting services may process technical data while delivering messages.

Please send only the minimum information needed to explain the issue. For information about access, deletion, and other privacy requests that may apply where you live, see the Privacy Policy.

Corrections, takedowns and follow-up

For factual mistakes, include a link to an official or credible source where possible. For alleged copyright infringements, identify the work and the URL of the material at issue. We assess reports under our published policies and respond as reasonably practicable.

We may need to ask follow-up questions to verify a request, particularly where privacy rights or copyright ownership must be confirmed. Avoid sending government identification unless a lawful process specifically requires it.
